Acacia Training is an OFSTED education provider who specialise in the health and well-being sector.

The business is committed to investing in learning and development at all levels of the organisation and engaged MAD to facilitate an immersive experience with the senior leadership team that launched a new leadership development programme.

The senior leadership team fully embraced the learnings on team behaviour and dynamics that became evident over the course of the experience.  MAD stimulated an exploration of more creative approaches to problem solving and shared insights on some best practices that build team cohesion and sharpen focus.

At the conclusion of the day the senior leadership team expressed a deeper level of understanding about the challenges they face co-ordinating management change and the practical significance of more effective ways of team working to overcome them.
