MAD was engaged to work with the senior management team to help spotlight opportunities to strengthen connection, promote collaboration, and clarify accountability.  During a one-day immersive experience MAD facilitated an animated discussion on the key factors for success in delivering successful outcomes.

Towards the end of the day the discussion turned to focus on the key action steps to improve team performance in the drive for better business results.
