Seafish

The Economics Insight and Advice (EIA) team at Seafish, a public body that seeks to facilitate a thriving UK fishing industry, operates hybrid working which brings challenges to team cohesion and communication.

10 members of the EIA team took part in a one-day MAD immersive experience. The day’s objective was to take a good team to higher levels of performance by forging deeper levels of trust and psychological safety which Seafish measures in its competency framework.  The event was designed to enable the team to get to know each other better and have some fun.
